Select

The select functionality will help you to search the most suitable ingredient. Our global product database contains hundreds of oils and fats recipes. There are three options to find the right products: Quick search, Explore (na), and Match. Match is the most advance search engine to find a product. Explore (na) is the most easier way where you don't need technical expertise, and quick search is fast to see the product properties.

Design

If there are no solutions found in iTas select, iTas has an advanced design tool. This tool predicts a composition based on given fat properties. Besides, iTas can also predict the properties of a given composition. The design algorithm can work with up to 4 fat components. To get a better prediction of the SFC, iTas will use solvent effects. Design is ideal for getting a pre-selection of 10 matching fat blends.
